The wylie
The Wylie, is an 8 single family home planned development coming to Atlanta in 2026. These 8 homes will offer 2 stories of modern living in a classic envelope. Each home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a moderate size flex room (office), as well as front and rear covered porches. The development at large will have ample sidewalks for easy strolling and a large shared greenspace. We are currently in the permitting phase and will be rolling out updates soon
