For this custom residential project the clients acquired a large site to build along the beautiful Fish Creek. Having a large family they needed a design that could accommodate all the family needs long term as well as capitalize on the benefits that the site offered. The interior spaces were laid out to capture views and utilize morning and afternoon light. A few design features are the large guest suite above the garage for visitors, and also the second level deck that runs throughout the length of the house offering 360 degree vies. The homes materiality is a brain siding finish with stone accents and a black standing seam metal roof.
