Nestled in Adair Park, one of Atlanta’s historic westside neighborhoods, this bungalow received a complete remodel and addition off the rear. Working with the city’s historic committee and neighborhood, the home needed to keep its historic characteristics on the exterior and fit into to streetscape. The result was a updated bungalow with a fresh open floorplan on the interior to fit the clients needs.
