After catching fire last year, and nearly burning completely down, this original 1920’s Atlanta Bungalow will be getting new life through a completely updated design. The homeowner desired more square footage, and as a result, the design incorporates a new second level and rear addition off the existing one story footprint. The design is inspired by a “lake house oasis setting” as we wanted to create a space, that would become a retreat from the city. Incorporating several outdoor spaces on the first level, the design is intended to create outdoor experiences, and beautiful vistas back to the homes open interior floor plan. The project is currently in the design development phase, moving towards construction. Stay-tuned.
