Description

Located near the historic Grant Park Neighborhood, the Phoenix House is appropriately named because the original 1920’s Atlanta Bongalow located here, burned down last year. Using the original bungalows existing footprint, and maintaining the brick facade which was left standing, we were task with bringing the home back to life. Working with the client, and drawing inspiration from a Lake House oasis setting, the Phoenix Home began to rise. The new home design incorporates a new second level above the existing footprint, and a much needed addition off the rear of the home.
