Drewry I ADU

Drewry is an accessory dwelling unit located in the heart of the Virginia Highland’s neighborhood. With a growing family, the clients wanted more livable space that was separate from the main home. They also wanted to match the style to their main home, which is a craftsmen bungalow style. The first level includes a one car garage, and open carport that doubles as an outdoor patio (when not in use). The second level captures a full live-in suite for family and guests.
